It's that time of year again where Forbes chooses the leaders, revolutionaries and visionaries leading the world. And this year racket sports have rightfully taken a couple spots on throne.

First on the list is Abigail McCulloch, founder of Alma Padel. Her recognition of the padel potential in the US led her to launch the first Alma location in the Chicago suburbs in February 2025, with plans to expand to more cities. She also cofounded PadelAuPair, a program that places international pros with U.S. clubs to solve the industry's shortage of trained coaches.

Next on the list is Kyle Sulkar, CEO of CPX, which aims to make professional-level pickleball gear at direct-to-consumer prices. The company's first paddle debuted as Amazon's No. 1 new release and its paddles, accessories and apparel are sold in clubs across the country. CPX has also partnered with NHL legend Chris Chelios and Pro Football Hall of Famer Terrell Owens on signature paddles.

Saving the best for last, Coco Gauff also made the cut after the amazing year she had both on and off the court.

This recognition highlights the impact racket sports leaders are having on the greater sports ecosystem.
