M3 Padel Academy Heads to Rocalla for Exclusive Padel Weekend
The padel and wellness retreat brings elite training to island luxury from October 1-4
There’s a natural connection between padel, luxury, and wellness. From the sport’s social nature and flowing movement around the court to the glass walls that open play to the surrounding environment, padel has found a home at resorts and high-end destinations around the world.
That’s a connection Pablo Carro, who you may know as co-founder of Playtomic, has embraced with Rocalla. Located on the island of Formentera in Spain’s Balearic Islands, the padel and wellness retreat features three courts immersed in the natural scenery. Guests can pair time on court with the relaxed pace of island life, including sea dips, recovery sessions, and other wellness experiences.

Now, Rocalla is bringing the well-known M3 Padel Academy to the island for the first time from October 1-4. The four-day experience will introduce guests to the training program responsible for developing 15 World No. 1 players and more than 240 international titles, combining high-level padel instruction with Rocalla’s focus on nature and wellness.
“We’re delighted to welcome M3 Padel Academy to Rocalla for what we believe will be a very special weekend in Formentera,” said Pablo Carro, Founder, Rocalla. “M3 has set the benchmark for player development in padel, and there is a natural fit between their commitment to helping players improve and our vision for Rocalla: creating memorable experiences that bring together world-class padel, nature, wellness and human connection. We’re excited to bring the M3 Method to the island and give players the opportunity to experience it in a truly unique setting.”
The partnership is also another example of padel expanding beyond the traditional club model. As the sport grows, luxury retreats and destination experiences offer operators another way to reach players who want to build a trip around padel rather than simply book a court.
For Carro and others investing in this side of the sport, the opportunity is to make padel part of a broader lifestyle experience, blending competition, travel, wellness, and community.
